Big News In The OC... SEC Sues Broadcom Founder Over Alleged Backdating
 
Henry Samueli (Owner of the Anaheim Ducks) and Broadcom founder and former CEO Henry Nicholas III have been sued by the SEC and accused of participating in a scheme to backdate employee stock-option grants between 1998 and 2003.  In addition to Samueli and Nicholas, two other men were named in the suit: current general counsel David Dull, and former CFO William Ruehle.
