Get Sick- Health Insurance Companies Drop Your Policy!
05-16-08: Two of the state's largest health plans (Kaiser Permanente and Health Net) agreed Thursday to reinstate coverage to nearly 1,200 patients whose policies were dropped after they incurred high medical expenses. Kaiser also agreed to pay a $300,000 fine to the state but did not admit any wrongdoing.
